Renovation of a toilet and two bathrooms requires plaster and painting. New gib on walls and ceiling. Rooms are: toilet = 2100mm x 1000mm, bathrooms are 2100mm x 2100mm. A small hallway 3m long and 3 doors also need painting. Toilet and bathroom walls to be plastered, sealed, undercoat and top coat (white hi-glo).

Good work and sound advice. Martin was delayed slightly by another tradesman and was able to accommodate the late change okay. Good advice on wall colour and finishes.
