Pretty much the whole of the interior of the house (walls and ceilings and the wooden window frames) is old and in need of a good freshen up / repaint. The job is to include the required preparation work. It is a 5 bedroom house (2 of the rooms are really small and one of the rooms might not need doing), with a medium sized lounge and kitchen/dining area. There is also a small bathroom and the hallway to be painted.
Work ideally to commence early Feb.

"Colin and his team did an outstanding job. The prep work seemed thorough: they stripped back the old wallpaper in the whole house, patched up holes and cracks in the plaster, and sanded all the window frames and internal doors. This took longer than estimated, as there were some additional repairs required that were hidden behind the old wall paper etc. I am glad they took the extra time to do the repairs, as the finished result for the whole house looks great. Top quality paint finish. "
