Fix a botched painting job

House Painting (exterior) Rothesay Bay, North Shore

The north facing exterior wall of our house (2 levels) has what look like blisters on parts. An inspection has revealed that these are caused by water behind the latest paint - done only 4 years ago. The house is 16 years old and has apparently been painted 3x !! We need someone who is skilled at this type of remedial work, not a cowboy who will slap on another coat.
