Ian is a very likable person and his communication throughout was excellent. Being the first time he had carried out the painting of kitchen cabinets, he underestimated the amount of time it would take him to complete. This unfortunately meant that he had to juggle a few projects simultaneously so as not to let any of his customers down. We really appreciated that he was open and honest with us about the challenge that caused him and as a result we could agree a revised schedule.
