Studio unit requires repainting. Roughly a room 7 x 4 metres then a tiny toilet area. Including ceiling. Light sand and fresh coat of paint required.

Actual painting job was completed well and on time. Was pleased they could squeeze us in before xmas. We were let down how the place was left. The light fittings were all still hanging out of the ceiling, a quick vacuum was done but nothing else wiped down so sanding dust left on all the windows and edges. No follow up to see if we were pleased with the job, they just left.
