Repair and paint damaged door

I have a rental property in Milford where the previous tenant has punctured an internal door. The outer surface of the lightweight hollow core door has been pushed in, creating a hole about the size of a 50 cent piece. The hole needs to be filled, plastered, sealed, then the door repainted. Obviously happy to wait until after lock down for the work to be done, but I need a written quote now for my application to Tenancy Services.
