I move into my new property 23rd Feb and have been advised that the exterior of the house needs painting, not the roof. Its a crosslease property and is attached the another house. Weatherboard property. 246sq meters Paint boards and aluminium joinery. Advised by a builder to add metal plates where the timber boards join for extra protection and to prevent paint cracking. Add silicone around windows too if possible. Quotes please
