Painting office wall and filling paint damage

Hi there, we would like our office wall to be painted in a solid colour as well as some shelves. We also would like some damages on the walls to be covered with paint. I have attached photos of the damage on the wall, as well as the wall we would like painted. We have the paint provided but we do not have any paint brushed or newspaper to cover the floor. We are looking for someone who will be able to complete the job using their own equipment. Since this job will be for an office, we would need someone who will be able to provide a tax receipt on completion. Estimate job cost is $50/hour.
