Poor prep work, so paint start to fall off immediately after completion. You need to very carefully check everything and ask to fix all the issues otherwise you will get half-completed work. Communications are not good as well, if you've been told that someone arrive by 10 a.m. they will be around 2 p.m. or can show up in the middle of the day without any notice.
