Repaint ceiling plus repair some cracks

I have several little jobs that I'm hoping to get done all together if possible: - repaint the ceiling on the upper level, plus there are a few things that need to be covered over (stains, cracks, uneven colour from previous paint jobs - photos attached) - cracks in the wall around one of the window frames that need to be smoothed over and paint re-touched - damage to the wall in the bathroom - maybe just repair, but might be better to add Hardiglaze or similar to prevent future issues - cracks in the paint running up the side of the staircase to be filled - there's a loose tile in the bathroom - if you could secure that also I'm hoping to get this work completed as soon as possible as new tenants moving in in about 2 weeks, so it will make things much simpler if we can get it finished before then
