Dilon is a good, polite, straight forward bloke who does what he says. His English was adequate for my small uncomplicated job but might not be for those that require detailed communication. . There was a delay but it was due to lockdown and therefore I don't fault the contractor for the delay in completion.. I would employ him again on similar projects.
