Interior Painting, fence painting, deck varnishing

Our property (90 square metre) needs an interior paint job (ceiling, 3-rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, including the window frames) to freshen it up. We also want to re-paint the short white fence and apply some form of exterior stain for the deck and tall fence at the front of the house.
