Painting Interior Lockwood type house

We are moving into a house and we need quotes for Painting the internal walls of living room, Kitchen and Hallway. We want it all White. Trims, walls, ceilings, everything. Maybe leave a feature wall but paint the trims. Please estimate how long it would take as well. We are thinking of painting after the 22nd of February Ceilings are about 4m high as pictured House will be totally empty of furniture on the day
