Simple interior paint of 2 bedroom unit.
Job description
A small 2 bedroom unit, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining. Previously painted for tenants. Has had touch up stopping and patching done and sanded, needs a final coat of semi gloss wash and wear white-ish colour throughout for all walls and flat white on the ceilings. No skirting boards required only coving. Except one 2m skirting touch up required in hallway. No walls to paint in bathroom as it is tiled - only ceiling. Kitchen needs painting over old fashioned formica panels on the walls so will need a prep coat to seal it first. There is carpet, tiles and lino throughout so needs decent dropcloths to be used please. No furniture to move at all place is vacant. Love it to be done before EASTER please. I am absolutely elated with the workmanship it is perfect. Job done on time and completed when they said they would - which is hugely important on this particular job. The cost was not the cheapest but they were able to both gib stop and paint and so that really did mean that we saved money as we didn't have to deal with two companies and wait for one co. to finish before they painted as they did both. They painted the rooms not needing gib stopping to compress the schedule for us. Brilliant!
