Exterior House Assessment & Painting Quote

We are looking for an experienced exterior painter to visit our property and provide a professional assessment of our home's current condition. We aren't 100% certain if a full repaint is required yet, or if specific maintenance/touch-ups will suffice. We need someone with a keen eye to: Evaluate the current state of the paintwork (checking for chalking, flaking, or timber exposure). Advise on whether a full exterior paint, a partial touch-up, or just a professional wash is necessary. Provide a detailed quote for the recommended work if painting is required. The house is a duplex. The painting is required on the left in these photos. The top level is would the bottom level is brick. We value professional advice and quality workmanship. If the assessment shows work is needed, we are looking to move forward with the right tradesperson soon.
