Interior painting - ceiling and walls (not trim)

Recently renovated rental property. All wall re-lined and plastered (Level 4 finish), One ceiling re-lined in lounge (circa 15 square metres). Other ceiling are original plasterboard with some plaster repairs. Job required is to undercoat ceilings (pigment sealer) and two top coats in Resene Half Alabaster. All walls require undercoating (except Kitchen and Bathrooms). Two top coats to walls in Resene Athens Grey. Owner will paint kitchen, bathroom an d all trim, Total floor area of house is 90 square metres, Job would suit spraying,
