Fix, putty and paint internal cupboard and minor touch up to concrete work

I have just had my hot water cylinder replaced and shelves removed from the cupboard. There are cracks around the outside of the cupboard that require puttying and painting. The inside of the cupboard needs painting and the board between the top cupboards and bottom cupboards needs replacing. Also some minor painting touch ups to concrete work. I have the paint. Need done ASAP please.
