Interior Revamp

Two bedrooms & the open plan living area (small - entire house is only 60m2) require the walls stripped of existing wallpaper, plaster skim & painted. I also want the ceiling cleaned & repainted. Plus the bathroom has the old waterproof panelling on the walls, I would like this primed & painted if possible. I have know idea how much this would cost but I have a decent sized budget set aside for the renovations. I also want the exterior of the house & garage done once the interior is complete.
