Bedroom 3 repaint

Bedroom currently with Anaglypta? and a bare patch where a wardrobe has been removed. Advice on best option would be appreciated - perhaps stripping all wallpaper and repainting. Maybe ceiling and skirting as well. Room approx 3.9m x 3.5m x 2.65 stud with a window. Gib walls in older house. Need done in next two months.
