Bathroom plaster and paint

I have a Bathroom and Ensuite that need the ceilings repainting as they have mould growing on them... they were initially painted with a matte finish paint and that has not helped the situation. They were only renovated a couple of years ago. The larger one (Bathroom) will probably need re-plastering before painting and potentially some of the walls may need attention (skim coat and paint)... could also get you to look at installing shower domes... Also have an outside concrete patio sized about 15m2 that we would possibly like painted.
