Job description
I need a quote to tidy up my villa's roof - corrugated iron, some parts newly repaired, but a lot of it quote old and needs some rust priming and top coat. I'm preparing it for a sale early next year.

Fernando is a very good person and communicates really well. His price was very good compared to others that quoted for the same work. However if you plan to hire Fernando you will need to encourage him to take slightly more time and do the job to a good standard - which he is very capable of doing. I will say when we pointed out some issues with his original finish, Fernando was excellent and and made the effort to come back and put it right.
