1908 Villa

I currently have a quote of $3200, I was originally booked in for October but they have put it back till Jan so just putting the feelers out there to see if anyone can supply a similar deal. 1908 villa. 110m2. My husband has replaced all wood needed and painter has already purchased the resene paint we need and we have booked it in to be professionally washed so just needing sanding, prep, and paint. The quote included trim but not windows. Pictures below. Wanting work done before Xmas.
