Remove wall papers prepare surface and paint. Prepare and repaint ceiling. Kitchen, Dining and Living areas. We are replacing the kitchen cabinets, some work to be done around the cabinets and splash back. We are replacing 7 down lights with 10 led's. This will require patching the existing recesses.
