Redecoration - Green Lounge

Repair plaster rendered surface and repaint: Lounge and dinning area comprise plaster render over concrete block walls. The lower area of the walls are below outdoor ground level. When originally done (previous owner), the blocks were not sealed (we believe) and the waterproofing of the exterior blocks was secured. Slowly over time some patches of paint/plaster have broken away from the block surfaces from patches of effervescent action from the blocks. About 5 ~ 6 years ago we had the ground around the area excavated and exterior surface of the block wall re-tanked / re-waterproofed and installed new drainage coil etc - all is now well drained, waterproof and dry. We now wish to have damaged patches of the render repaired, could be 20 areas, each about 10 ~ 20cm dia. Then all walls to be properly prepared (sanded/ground as needed) and recoated. The drawing shows 21 linear metres of walls to be done (the green lines), about 60 sq mtrs. One section goes up to the second level, some single section scaffold might be needed.
