Interior Painting (3 bedroom house 100m2) Spray
Job description
Hi there, Looking at re-painting the inside of the house of my tenants leave the house. There will be no one in the house so should be able do with spray gun. I am wanting a price to paint the following - All walls - All ceiling scotia - All Ceilings - All skirting - All doors (Generally the window architraves have already been painted as they have recently been replaced to be double glazed) Colours - White (same colour as window frames) to Ceilings/Scotia/Skirting/Door Frames - Light Grey (Walls/Kitchen Cabinets) Price to be supplied in two quotes Visit 1 - House to be painted excluding Kitchen & Bathroom Only (refer to attached mark up) Visit 2 - Painting to be completed to bathroom & Kitchen Note: Given that no one and no items are present in the house , I believe spray painting might be a good option to complete the work. Start Date: Friday January 15th Expected Duration: 3-5 days

I highly recommend Richi from Auckland Painters. When starting works they were able to prioritize my works immediately after the new years holidays. Works was completed in a weeks time with snagging left to complete. Snagging was completed with extras as result of my floor sander contractor scratching up skirting. If you want someone fast with good communication and willing to go the extra mile Auckland Painters are to be used. I will be using again on the my garage.
