Looking for someone to sand, mask, and paint the bathroom ceiling - we will provide masking tape, sealer/primer, and paint. One coat sealer, one coat topcoat. You are to provide sander, dropsheets, ladder. Existing paint is chipping off around the extractor fan. Ideally work would be done within the next 2 weeks but this is flexible.
