Plastering hole in internal door

Needing a bathroom door to be fixed... tenants have put a hole in the door and this will need plastering before painting. Please note it is just the hole by the handle. The green square is the cardboard the tenants had used to hide it... We are currently holding their bond so need quote asap to get the money from them and then work to ideally be carried out in the next 2 weeks.
