Jack quoted the job after he had the the opportunity to view all walls, which required wall paper removal, plastering, hole filling and painting. On the day he started the job, he demanded cash up front for 5 hours work, we paid him not the $600 he pressured us for, but the $300 we eventually agreed to. He left 2 bedrooms unfinished. He took the money and never returned, and made a complaint to us saying the filling in of holes in the walls were not part of the job and refused to return. SAD
