House painting -17th to 20th September.
Job description
Interior painting of walls, ceilings, skirtings, cupboards, doors and internal single garage of a standard 3 bedroom and one bathroom house. Wall colour different to ceiling. Current paint is in very good condition and can be painted over, thin hairline cracks in kitchen and garage needs filling in. Single garage has a slightly higher walls than the rest of the house. Please provide quotes advising amount of people needed for the job, pricing including and excluding materials and any discount or package deals.

Jonathon gave the most competitive quote & without visiting the site unlike others. He confirmed work a month in advance. On the day, he showed up well before time. Communication was minimal but sufficient. Questions were asked to clarify, set expectations and explain limitations. I was told 4 people then only 2 showed up. Was advanced due to size of house. Job took 2 days longer so delayed my move. Jonathan was hardworking & reliable. 8/10 for quality. Rushed at the end

"sorry about let you delay 2 days move, cos told me just have few leaks in the kicthen and garage before, when i start, i found out more than 40 leaks, i must do that(plastering), so it delay 2days. but i didnot charge extra. thanks"
