Art studio touch ups and Wall around ranchslider

Sleepout needs touch ups to skirting and walls, exterior trim needs paint as well,. Exterior wall on Main house will need light sand, then 2 coats of paint, have paint for touch ups but will need paint for main house wall... I have big jobs coming up so am looking for good painter to use long term, looking for qualified painter high quality professional finish #no handy man painters please. Looking to get done ASAP.
