Require interior wall and ceiling painting. We have moved out and new tenants are moving in about 2 weeks. It's a 3 bedroom brick and tile house built in 2003. First priority is to get internal garage walls and ceiling painted as some paint had started to peel off in that area. Depending on the price, I might consider painting all internal walls and ceiling.
