Exterior house and roof paint

Hi' I have already posted on here but cant seem to log in. We are wanting our roof cleaned and painted and our exterior house painted as well as some base boards that need replacing (if someone is able to do that) need a start as soon as possible. The roof is corrugated iron and quite old (unsure how long ago it was touched) and then house exterior is weatherboard with wood framed windows 1970's style. The house is 120m squared.
