Painting of lounge/kitchen areas

We currently have wallpaper up and we would like the following done - 1. Plaster any small holes (from pictures etc) and general preparation 2. Plaster any gaps in the wallpaper (there are a couple of bits coming loose) 3. Paint over wallpaper (I think this will need a primer and/or 2 coats) but can discuss what's best Happy to have this completed in the next 2 months, not in a massive hurry. Currently the property is rented on short term stays and the days of the week that it could be completed on are flexible although weekdays are probably best. Anything on the walls (clock, TV etc) would need to be removed and rehung Noting that the doors, ceiling or the beams in the photos do not need to be painted just up to the upper skirting.
