Water blast, rust treat and repaint a steepish steel roof and paint dorma windows. Roof has been spray treated for mould at the beginning of March so job doesn't need to be done for at least 3 months.

Unfortunately the job was booked midwinter and the weather was terrible, as a result some painting was done on days that were too cold and did not set well. However, there was regular communication with Tony and his painters and they were happy to sort out the runs and patches that peeled and provided a 5 year warranty at my request, which has given me peace of mind.

"Unfortunately the roof was in poor condition and we advised that it should be replaced rather than painted. We arranged for a Registered Builder and a Roofer to check and provide a report, both concurred that it should be replaced. She chose to continue with the paint job and we did have reactions to the new paint, which were rectified at no additional charge."
