Bathroom painting

Hi I would like the walls painted in the bathroom and the ceiling prepared and painted with anti mould paint. This is a rental property. There is paint on the premises but I am not sure if this paint is suitable. The tenant would need to be consulted on a suitable time for the work to be done. While the work is not urgent, it would be good to get it done well before winter. Thanks.
