Koromiko cottage
Job description
We have a small 2 bed cottage (1950s) near Otaki beach. There are three elements to the job. The existing exterior wooden window frames and doors (2) need re-painting as existing paint work is peeling. We Also have a new set of French doors that have been installed and primed and now need to be painted (inside and out). And we have a new deck (pine) and would like to get railings and rafters painted. Keen to get this job done before Autumn.

Chris is a great worker. He has the skills to not only prep and paint but repair flashings and deal with rusty hinges and (unforeseen) rot. The job did take longer than expected but we were totally happy with the finished product - now all our windows open without any effort and I fully expect the paint job to last a decade or more.
