Exterior high areas single story house

Want a female. The reason I'm looking ideally for a female isn't because I'm being sexist! My dog seems to react badly (won't stop barking etc..)to males being around the property & it would be easier/more relaxed I think if there was a woman able to do it. I don't want to have to take the dog off the property(it's just an added expense) I just need the high bits done this summer/autumn - where the guttering is & under the eaves. I will have further work in the future if the jobs done well.
