Walls need light sanding only before painting.Walls already sealed. Small lounge kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, small hall and bathroom/toilet/laundry area. Resene paints all already purchased and ready. Immediate start if possible.

Grant is a complete professional. He is highly skilled, highly qualified and experienced. His painting in the house we are living in for two weeks, was a fairly tall order for all parties involved, especially as we also have two large dogs, but Grant worked considerately and absolutely to time. He never wasted a minute. The result is superb and we are delighted. Grant has high personal standards and is never satisfied with less than a perfect result. Highly recommended.
