Entranceway, Stairway, Hallway and Master Bedroom painting

I am looking to price up painting over existing wall paper in the entranceway, up the stairs and around the upstairs hallway. The masterbedroom and wardrobe also needs to be painted. The entranceway walls go up right to the ceiling of the second floor [vaulted type if you will] so scaffolding would likely be required. The existing wall cover is not bad just an awful colour. will also possibly look at painting the ceilings and the lounge
