3 rooms to paint, -kitchen & dining area approx. 8.8m long x 3.9m wide x 2.4m stud height - walls & ceiling -Living room area approx. 6.5m long x 4.5m wide x 2.4m stud height - walls & ceiling -Lounge room area approx. 6m long x 4.5m wide x 2.4m stud height - walls & ceiling -Ceilings need joints re-plastered, & possibly skim coated -Plastering required around down lights an downlights have been replaced & holes are too large. -Square set in some areas is buggered, would look to replace with a coving. -Paint & cove will be supplied by home owner
