House: 1940s, single storey, 80sqm, weatherboard with wooden window frames, concrete foundation Last painted: 17 years ago Prep required: most walls will just need sanding, some areas (window frames and house corners) need stripping and some wood filling. Paint: Currently 3 colours (cream walls, white window frames and blue doors/trim). Scope: prep and paint all exterior walls including front and back porch/doors/steps, plus foundation and soffit/fascia.
