Wallpapering, tiling and tidy up

- Wallpaper hanging on one wall in bathroom (not bathroom specific paper so might need advice around some kind of sealing?) - Tiling in kitchen to replace glass backsplash - Tidying up ceiling scotia where fireplace was put in and add caps to cover screws on ceiling plate Want someone that is experienced and able to do all parts of the job. Would like done during February, depending on ability to source wallpaper and tiles.
