I need my first floor paintwork preparing and painting, also my first floor outside windows also need preparing and painting gloss white.

The job was ok in the end, but it took two days longer than planned, they had to be reminded about cleanliness and paint on the floor and to use the paint that was requested at the quoting stage. Once that was sorted they got on with it and finished well.

"We used Resene Lustacryl low sheen, rather than high gloss as originally requested, this was our fault. But the additional 2 days was repainting everything in high gloss to make things right. He only noticed when he saw the paint tin and we were 3 parts through the job. As too the paint on the floor, we were painting in windy conditions and we did get some spots on the deck, which were cleaned off to his satisfaction."
