I need to get some work done on my rental property in late September/early October. The living area, hallway and two bedrooms (including inside wardrobes) need painting. The overall house size is 80m2 including kitchen and bathroom which were replaced last year. I'd like an itemised quote for each component i.e. walls, ceilings, skirtings etc.
