Paint and weathertighten

Two story 250m2 weatherboard cladded house that needs a sand and paint to get it weathertight again.

Looking to keep the same colour and avoid repainting any areas that are still in good condition.

The entire north facing will will likely need to be redone due to the large amount of sun damage. Most window frames have cracked paint between the cladding and frame which would need to be fixed too.

All wood still seems to be solid, I haven't found at rot so far at least.
