Exterior house/roof paint
Job description
House and garage roof will need water blasting. Both garage and house roofs need painting in Karaka Green. The garage is already painted apart from the roof and the house has some partial paint done on the walls to half the house that I started last summer but I have blown my knee out and cant finish the job so I need help. Most of the house still needs doing. Windows are mostly retro fitted aluminum and wooden frames are in very good condition as is the resat of the house with minimal prep work needed. Walls are cement fiber board and roof is tin, 1970's build. House is going up for sale In November so I need to get in line now before the warm weather breaks and you all get booked up. I am ready to go when you are. I do have some paints already as well. House is mostly single level with just the front slightly elevated . I dont think you will need scaffolding. Back deck needs painting also. Not looking for top grade finish just a couple of coats to freshen up for sale. There also is a chance of a few rooms inside to finish. I am going to try and do it myself but may not be able to, will discuss when you come round to quote. The old deck in the pictures is gone as is the trellis at the front door, those are slightly old pictures when I first brought the house and just a guide. You can see the colors with the garage I finished last summer in that other pic. I have no idea of cost so take that estimate guide with a pinch of salt. I have to pick a number and have no clue what it will be.

Great guys, came in and didn't muck around and painted my whole exterior working in very trying weather conditions at times. Very happy with the result and effort they put in to get the job done. cheers
