Bedroom repaint

Master bedroom repaint (ceiling, walls, french doors, bay window) in 1920's villa. Room measures approx 4m x 5m with just short of 3m high ceiling. Photo provided, to give an idea of the ceiling. Skirtings and architraves are varnished rimu, which probably don't need any attention. Must be qualified (ideally local) decorator, with references. Would prefer viewing of job ahead of quote.
