We are in the early stages of planning and budgetting to build Stage 1 (a garage tower/double story - temporary accommodation) which incorporates a 1 bedroom apartment (kitchen, lounge, ensuite, study, bedroom) with decks over a double garage (temporary bedroom 1 and study), entrance/foyer (temp bedroom 2), 2nd bathroom, laundry, internal entrance/stairway - 240sqm ish. We are buying a kitset which is prefabricated steel framing, will be coloursteel cladding/roof with concrete slab and require the following trade quotes for the purpose of budgetting - at this stage. We would hope to begin building sometime around February and will then be looking for tradies.
