lounge plaster and paint

We have had an insurance pay out after wallpaper ripped off in lounge. We would like to replace wall paper with paint which would include plastering. Would like quotes for the work, both jobs. The lounge is medium to large in an 1929 home. The wallboard has been replaced and has only one layer of wallpaper. (we would be happy to remove easy to remove layer of wallpaper ourselves.) Able to wait till you have a space.
