Paint house roof (corrugated iron)
Job description
Paint roof (2 coats) of single storey house and attached garage - total house area 160m2. Of this 60m2 has been previously painted and will require prep (see photos attached). Would like job done by end of July, preferably earlier. Thankyou.

Overall we are satisfied with the job. A third of the roof had old paintwork on it, with extensive flaking that was difficult to remove completely. Scanty evidence of old paint remains and the end result is a big improvement on what was there before. We are pleased to have the job done and would recommend Rob to others.

"Yes a part of the roof had previously been given a rather rough paint job. Whilst it wasn't a good finish, it was sound in that it wasn't loose or flaking. Any loose material including mould,lichen as well as lifting paint was attended to prior to applying primer and top coats."
